Walking is good at a fast pace. However, I found that running really burned off the calories quick and gave you a good cardio workout. All you need is a three  mile run every day. Start slow though. You&#039;ll  lose it a lot faster than walking.

The trouble with gym workouts is that it converts fat into muscle so your weight loss will be less because the muscle build up adds mass to your body.

Swimming is good also with less impact on your body.</description>

Cardio kick boxing is GREAT and will really slim you down and shape you up (when using free weights also).  Drink lots of water and watch what you eat (portion control is important).  Chicken/Fish, fruit/veggies, etc.  (no processed foods)..........and NO BEER! LOL  It shouldn&#039;t take too long and you will feel so good about yourself.  Good luck!</description>
