I am trying to lose body fat through cardiovascular exercises and by modifying my diet. I just need to make myself a diet plan. I am currently a vegan, so you know no dairy, no meat. If anyone can give me an idea of what to stay away from or limit myself to increase my fat loss that’s be great. Thanks.

Make sure you get some source of protein in your diet.

Perhaps you should eat fewer nuts (if that is the reason for your excess weight) as they contain about 700 calories per 100 gm. You can always eat more bread and cereals.

Switch to a raw food vegan diet and eat plenty of beans for the protein.
