Hi,
There is no such remedy that would melt cellulite away overnight, you have to work really hard on it to get results. But it really IS possible to get rid of it!
In short: nutrition, exercise, massages and scrubs are important. Also body wrapping procedures. However, all these have to be taken in the right order to work – and in several weeks your cellulite will be invisible – guaranteed. I work on it all the time and nobody knows I got cellulite.
There is a book covering a few weeks of cellulite reduction process:. It has a detailed schedule including meals, exercises and activities for everyday, so you are really under control
Doing all the steps described should really melt your cellulite away naturally.

Hi,
Cellulite usually stays even after you’ve got to your ideal weight. This is because there are toxins accumulating in the body, making it difficult for the body to lose the excess fats and cellulite. Scrubs, wraps, massages and exercises will help get rid of the cellulite. But to speed up the removal of cellulite and prevent it from coming back, eating the right foods is necessary. Going through a body detox, and then eating healthy will rid the body of cellulite and prevent it from coming back. I wrote an article which is published in Ezinearticles. The article contains some tips on exercise and food swaps. You can read the article by going to

I have another newsletter on detox diet tips which you can read at
I have used those tips personally and I no longer have cellulite on my inner and outer thighs, my arms as well as my hips.
There are additional weight loss and fat burning tips at
Hope this helps,
Celine

If your going to use the weight loss pill you’ll probably be losing a lot of weight in a short period of time. That’s why the thing you have to worry about is keeping your skin tight and smooth.
To do this you’ll have to use body creams and lotions rich with vitamins E and C, as they’ll give your skin elasticity and revitalize it.
Also, I recommend you to use cocoa butter based products, or pure cocoa butter.
Important thing is that you should put on a body lotion, cream, oil or butter every day to keep your skin moisturized.
Besides doing that you should exercise, so to build up the muscles, and help preventing flappy skin. One good small exercise at home is: stand close to the wall, push your back against the wall and just lower your body until you come into position similar to sitting “in air”. Hold that position as long as you can, say 3 minutes. Do it few times a days, every day. It’ll make your thighs firmer.
For cellulite you could also use some home made creams, they’re cheaper, recipes are simple, and they’re still very effective.
Also, try introducing more cellulite fighting food into your menu. You can find both home remedies and cellulite fighting food here:
