Water, water, water! Replace your current beverages with water and start exercising daily. I recommend an hour a day, 45 minutes of weight training (target each of your larger muscle groups) and finish with 15 minutes of cardio (faster results with a fast walk or jog with short sprints). You have to be careful of cutting too much out of your diet too fast, this may send messages to your body that food is running low so it needs to retain as much fat as possible. I’ve been somewhat of a fitness freak all my life, but all of my friends are “fit by occasion”. This is what I’ve recommended to all of them and it seems to work and they feel much better. Good luck!
