I am in a biggest loser contest and I want to “cheat” without actually “cheating” or breaking any of the rules. On my last week, I want to do WHATEVER is necessary to lose as much weight as possible to win!! (We’re talking almost $2K on the line here) I am actually a very healthy person and would normally never do this, but I am very competitive and I MUST win. So anyway, obviously, I don’t have an eating disorder so I won’t continue anything drastic, I just need it for 1-7days or however long it takes (my weigh-in’s are on Wednesday). ANY ideas you all have in mind (body wraps, liquid cleanser drinks, etc.) that DON’T include barfing or starving please let me know. AGAIN – nothing I plan to do more than once – just to win the contest!!!!!
I guess I should be more specific. I am at a very healthy weight, but could lose more. I eat good and exercise good, so weight loss is not a problem for me. I’ve actually been doing well, I just need to do REALLY well this last week to win.
