NEED A QUICK WEIGHT LOSS FOR SHORT TERM GOAL
I am in a biggest loser contest and I want to “cheat” without actually “cheating” or breaking any of the rules. On my last week, I want to do WHATEVER is necessary to lose as much weight as possible to win!! (We’re talking almost $2K on the line here) I am actually a very healthy person and would normally never do this, but I am very competitive and I MUST win. So anyway, obviously, I don’t have an eating disorder so I won’t continue anything drastic, I just need it for 1-7days or however long it takes (my weigh-in’s are on Wednesday). ANY ideas you all have in mind (body wraps, liquid cleanser drinks, etc.) that DON’T include barfing or starving please let me know. AGAIN – nothing I plan to do more than once – just to win the contest!!!!!
I guess I should be more specific. I am at a very healthy weight, but could lose more. I eat good and exercise good, so weight loss is not a problem for me. I’ve actually been doing well, I just need to do REALLY well this last week to win.

Water is heavy. Drink less water.

Do not listen to the person who said to drink less water. Water flushes your body and helps you weigh less when it comes time to weigh in. I would kick up your exercise majorally! Do exercise whenever you can! Limit yourself to 1300 calories a day and try not to go over (it wont kill you if you do but the results wont be as drastic)
Try to eat spicy foods.
Eat more fruits and veggies. they fill you up faster and you dont have to eat as much, so you take in less calories but are still satified! =]

try whats called the lemonaide diet.. you can google it.. its a liquid fast of lemons, water, cyan pepper, and maple syrup.. you will lose weight but its mostly water.. it’s more of a cleanse.. you don’t get super super hungry..and I slept really well : )

Please, don’t kill yourself using that kind of diet … It may looks good now but in the future, who know what’s gonna happen to you …
But If you’re really really want to diet that much and only need diet fast for 7 days, Maybe you can drink vinegar 2 times a day … But seriously it’ll killing your stomach so please if possible don’t try it
