Try fasting… don’t eat food at all except water and yogurt it has been proven to help alot of celebrities such as beyonce to loose weight for a certain role in a movie so you should try it.. it’s not healthy for a loong period of tiem but it’s ok to loose weight fast

Start running about three times a week, cut out all carbs. Dont drink alcohol, just tea, coffee, water.
Eat only small portions of chicken, salad, soup. At first it will be hell but then you wil find you dont feel as hungry and you will get such a buzz from running you wont want to eat as much.
You dont have to run for long, just 20 mins even if it is just in the gym.

Don’t starve yourself. Your body will go into survival mode & you won’t lose weight, you’ll just get sick because your body will be forced to feed off of itself. Apple Cider Vinigar is the key. It’s natural & multibeneficial. I’ve been using it for some time now & it works like a charm. It helps your body metabolize fats & sugars. It comes in tablet form & you can find it in the diet section of most pharmacy stores like Walgreens. You take it right after you eat. A positive side effect for me was that it also fixed my acid reflux. My doctor told me that I’d need to take Nexium for the rest of my life. Since I’ve been using the Apple Cider Vinigar tablets, I don’t even need TUMS anymore.

How much are you trying to lose? It might be best for you to just tone up? When is the wedding?
If the wedding is in a month, with the right diet and exercise you could probably lose quite a bit of weight.
Try swimming at your local pool, swimming is a great way to get fit and toned up.
Also, watch your diet and make sure that you eat healthy food.
EAT! Do NOT starve yourself, or puke up your food after eating it, this is unhealthy and a bad idea.
Five small meals a day, healthy food, and light exercise should take off a few pounds.

You don’t have time to exercise for even 15 minutes a day?! Well, try drinking slimfast or something, and also some redbull maybe (for energy)
Take vitamins regularly!
Drink water to trick your stomach into thinking it’s ‘full’. That’ll stave off hunger for a good half an hour or more. Drink water will all meals.
I drink a lot if iced tea with some sugar and that really helps curb my appetite.
You can also try to fast at least one day a week and from what I’ve read, that does absolutely no damage and is quite healthy for you.
Eat LOTS of vegetables (no butter or sauces/gravies on potatoes, and limit salt intake) Eat your favorites!
Drink a small glass of lowfat milk when you feel hungary. It will help curb your appetite.
Eat one small meal a day in addition to this – preferably for lunch or maybe a small breakfast. Maybe eat one of those smaller weight watchers meals. Grains (breads) are fattening and you will be tempted to use some butter/margarine, so try to avoid breads & also most cereals.
If you ‘cheat’ and eat a big meal, don’t stress – sometimes this can actually cause you to lose more weight a day or two after you hit a ‘plateau’ in weight loss. Don’t do this more than once a week, and only eat half of it. Eat the other half the next day.
Watch your calorie intake, esp if you’re not planning on doing any exercise. Cleaning the house counts as exercise too! Walking is excellent exercise – a short jaunt around the neighborhood doesn’t take much time and you don’t need the ‘required’ 1mile either – try just going around the corner (4 blocks)
Also, weigh yourself every day – do it in the morning though after you wake up. This is supposed to be you’re ‘true’ weight.

Ok…girl we can do this!!
20 minutes running every day…slowly increase when you start to feel yourself getting fitter
30 sit-ups..awesome things for ab muscles, tones AND burns fat
Stick to salads, water and light fresh meals…for heavens sake AVOID BEEF!! this can build excess fat on the **** and we dont want that!!! Instead of snacking on bits and pieces like choccies, lollies and sultanas… go vego and eat dried fruit ( apricots, apple crisps are a great alternative to normal chips and they taste delicious!!) and things like nuts such as almonds but dont go near those yummy cashews!!
