So, I’m 19 years old, female, 5′5″… and I’ve been overweight pretty much my whole life, the lowest I ever remember weighing was 150lbs.

Anyway… In January, I was 203lbs…. and now, 6 months later, I’m down to 165lbs… I cut down on calories (1,500 per day) and I ride my bike at least two miles every other day, and do other various workouts throughout the week. I’ve been really motivated, and excited about my recent weight loss… but someone told me that rapid weight loss (like mine) causes your skin to become loose and causes a bunch of stretch marks…. is this true???! I’ve noticed a few stretch marks on my hips and breasts, is this the reason? Or would I still have the same results with my skin if I were losing weight more slowly? Of course I don’t want stretch marks and I especially don’t want saggy skin…. what can I do?? Please help.
