Quick weight loss for the beach?

I’m going to the beach in 10 days.
I want to lose weight off of my upper thighs and stomach.
I go to the gym regularly-but my diet is terrible. I eat wayyy too many carbs.
What foods should I eat and how can I avoid bad foods?

Cut out all simple carbs from your diet (these are white breads, sugars, etc). Complex carbs are ok though: these are vegetables, whole grain breads, oatmeal, legumes, brown rice and whole wheat pasta. Eat low fat versions of cheese and other dairy. Try also to avoid processed sweets and salts (they bloat you). Drink plenty of water. Also check out , there are so many useful tools on that site!!

Eat 5 to 6 small meals — very small — each day: apple & fat-free cottage cheese, grilled chicken ****** w/ green salad & ff dressing, slice of turkey & steamed brocolli, etc. When your body knows the next meal is coming soon, it will release all that stored fat… not that you’re fat.
Eliminate white bread / white sugar from your diet. If you eat bread, have only small portions of whole grain breads throughout the day.
Drink water… lots of it throughout the day. Same with fluid. If you have a steady influx of water, your body will release the fluid it’s holding in your tissues. This could be 8 – 10 pounds in itself.
Do not eat after 7 PM.
Cut way back on sodium.
And, walk, walk, walk. Go for at least two 45-minute walks every day. Interval training is great, too…. Jog for 3 minutes, walk for 6, jog for 3, walk for 6 – etc. etc.
Stay away from those foods you know you should…. high fat / high sugar. Reward yourself with fresh fruit or have a container of fat-free or low-fat yogurt if you have a sweet tooth.

first off the biggest thing to avoid is carbination and salts, as they bloat your stomach, dont eat to much junk, to help you with this every morning have a glass of chocolate milk to curb your sweet tooth. eat ONLY a meal as big as your fist, try to keep it healthy, it you choose apples eat two because of the core.
to help you even more talk a nice walk or jog for an hour around town, running is a cardio workout so is biking, meaning you burn calories faster than normal.
i burn 5lbs a week
my rutineis,
wake up, go for a hour jog , take water breaks
use stationary bike for an hour (helpful cuz you can do things like watch tv while you do it)
100 sit ups a day
50 reps of your level of weights (mines 10lb)
eat 7 SMALL meals a day, i prefer bananas, there filling, for meals around breakfast lunch and dinner eat slightly more to fill you up.
drink lots of green tea!
if you need vitamins take one a day with energy, has vitamins and a energy burst all day. wont wear out till about 12 hours later.
again the glass of chocolate milk curbs your sweet tooth.
1lb = 3500 calories +1200 calorie intake daily = burn 4700 calories a day to loose a pound everyday!
dont forget stretches to keep you loose!
