My wedding is in about two weeks, and I am having trouble fitting into my dress now, as I think I have gained some weight. I need to lose about 5-10 pounds in two weeks, to be sure i can fit into my dress. Any tips please, anything would help. Right now I’m 5′1 and 126.

Start a diet – Japanese diet for example. It is for two weeks and together with exercising and “wedding stress” it will help you. Good luck!

do the atkins diet-eat no carbs-its not exactly a healthy diet and you will most likely end up gaining the wait back again after you start eating carbs again but you will able to lose the weight in 2 weeks.good luck.im sure you will look gorgeous in your dress.congratulations.

I think this is the last place to go for advice…noone helping just people asking…smart people must not be in this section
best tips…no fats at all…eat 5 small meals a day..equal portions of carbs meat and veggies….keep your calories really low…and lots of cardio…worked for me once…no sodas…drink only water 8 cups of water a day max and minumum

I usually NEVER suggest an unhealthy diet. The advice I am about to give you isn’t exactly healthy, but you will lose the weight.
You have 14 days to lose 5-10 pounds. If you do what I tell you to do, you’ll lose at least 10. But you MUST stick to it.
First of all, you’re going to have to work out every single day until then. I would suggest 45-60 minutes of cardio, you’ll burn much more fat this way. You MUST consume at least 1200 calories, though. Do NOT eat less, and drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water daily.
Here is my suggested ‘diet’:
Breakfast: ICED water w/ lemon
Oatmeal
Snack: Small cup of almonds and/or cottage cheese.
Lunch: Tuna w/ NO mayo…on top of lettuce wraps and/or by itself.
Dinner: Grilled chicken w/ LOTS of veggies…
That’s it…of course I don’t expect you to just eat that for the next couple of weeks, but get the idea that I’m giving to you. This is NOT something that you should stick with for over two weeks. It is NOT very healthy. I can just about guarantee you, though, that you will lose the weight you’re wanting to eat by sticking to this plan.
