Fast. Don’t eat any food for 3 days only drink water. If you get hungry chew a piece of gum or eat one piece of bread. Get some colon cleanser too to clean your system out. Or just eat laxatives every day.

Just letting you know, if you don’t eat for some long perioud and depend on water or whatever (Sounds like a good answer for your question and a great look idea!), but the thing is, you will gain weight RIGHT when you start eating back, so make sure you go gradually while quiting this extreme diet, increase your daily intake by 100 everyday!
