If so, who? Weight Watchers
What made you choose to use them? another friend who also had a baby did after her child was born
What did you like about them? you chose your own food
What did you NOT like about them? 1 plan I was always hungry and the other one had very lil meat
Did there service help you reach your goal? yes it did
What could be improved? added support beyond the once a week meeting
What would you want to see in a weight loss service? more of a small group type thing

Thin&Healthy and Weight Watchers
I tried T&H just for the heck of it, Weight Watchers because my insurance pays for it.
T&H was a total bust. They told you what and when you could eat and had no support system at all.
Weight Watchers has been AWESOME! I have not once felt like I am on a diet, and I don’t feel deprived. They have a terrific support system, with meetings to attend and a rewards system. The only thing I would change about them is to make them more affordable, so that more people can have the great benefits!
