don’t injur your body by taking any unnatural substances, whatever you do, just exercise everyday for about 30 minutes. aerobics, walking, running, playing basketball, pilates, something that makes you break a sweat. Eat right and drink plenty of water and you should have no problem losing that weight! Good luck to you!
I lost 11 lbs. in one week by following these steps. Mind you, it is not all fat that you lose, some of it is toxic water retention, and some is fat. You won’t lose that much each week, after that it tapers off to about 3-4lbs a week.
Drink 8-8oz. glasses of water a day
This helps flush toxins out of your system and is great for the skin!
Lower your intake of carbs
Read labels and try to stick to about 35 carbs a day. High carb foods are: flour, breads and bread coating, potatoes, pastas, rice, chips, pancakes, and cereals.
Omit fried foods
If you just HAVE to have them, limit it to 2 foods a week
Introduce more fresh fruit and vegetables
Go online and find a carb counter and type in your food and it will tell you how many carbs it has
Limit your portions to ACTUAL PORTIONS
look on the label to see what an actual portion size is
Walk
you don’t have to have a treadmill. Most of us have a back yard, nothing wrong with taking a few laps around the yard twice a day.
Eat small meals and snacks
I eat 6 times a day. I am currently not working or in school so this is fesible for me. I eat my meals at 8, 12, and 6. My snacks are 10, 2, and 4. Remember, these are smaller portions-not huge amounts. The reason is that you are fueling your body around the clock which also in turn keeps your matabolism going.
EAT BREAKFAST
if you look at the word breakfast it is break and fast, meaning to break the fast (fast:doing without food) Think about how many hours pass between eating if you skip breakfast. In order for your matabolism to work, you must feed it to start it.
Matabolism is what burns the fat/calories.
Avoid caffeine
Caffeine interfers with matabolism. Try decaf drinks.
Eat high protein
You must eat protein or you will destroy your muscles. Again read your labels for protein content. I am not sure but I think you need 80 grams a day.
here a few starters….
1.when you cook use fat free colesterol free cooking spray
2. no sugar/sweets
3.eat salad with your meals
4. use wishbone spritzers *only 2 callories* a spray
5. replace dinner with a slim fast.
– eat a regular breakfast, eat a “dinner” lunch * because you will have a day to burn it off…..instead of eating a huge dinner then going to bed…..you could eat your “dinner” at lunch time and slim fast shake fills you up!!!!!at night…. its going great for me…….i think its only 190 calories……..
6. take your vitamines and fiber……
lots of fruit and veggeis…….. good luck
