what is the quickest way for weight loss results?

It’s not that I can’t lose weight, it’s just I want the fastest results possible, mostly around my stomache, which is pretty flat, but not yet enough! Ya know what i mean jelly bean?

1st of all wanting to be a weight and a healthy weight are two different things. If you can’t lose weight by watching what you eat and exercise,you may want to get checked out for a thyroid problem.This can cause weight gain,lack of energy etc.Fasting is not the answer,as you will gain and start to store fat when you go back to eating.
